About Richard Mazzacca

More Than 40 Years of Technical, Operational & Management Experience

My professional career began in broadcast engineering more than four decades ago.

Over the years, I've worked with major broadcast organizations, production companies and technical operations, progressing from broadcast engineering into engineering management and senior operational responsibilities.

My experience has included:

  • Broadcast engineering

  • Studio and remote production

  • Technical facility operations

  • Equipment installation and maintenance

  • Signal routing and production infrastructure

  • Technical troubleshooting

  • Engineering team management

  • Project and production coordination

  • Customer and operational support

  • Live broadcast operations

I've also managed engineering teams of up to 35 people and worked in environments where technical problems had to be solved quickly and productions had to stay on schedule.

That experience taught me something important:

Technology is only part of the solution. People, communication, organization and follow-through are equally important.

Today, I am using that experience to help smaller businesses that may not need a full-time technical or operations employee but could benefit from having an experienced professional they can rely on.

I'm not trying to be everything to every business.

I focus on understanding a client's specific needs, taking responsibility for agreed-upon tasks and problems, and providing dependable support.

My Approach

Listen. Understand. Solve. Follow Through.

That's how I've approached my work throughout my career, and that's how I approach supporting my clients today.

If your business could use an experienced professional to help with technical, customer or operational responsibilities, I'd welcome the opportunity to talk.
